So getting ready for work this morning, we had News 10 NBC on. I enjoy it as it gives me something to make fun of (13-WHAM is my fave).

If we turn on the news early enough we can actually catch some news, rather than the tail end, when the Today Show commences (most. original show name. ever - better than the “An Hour From Now Show”). There is one moment during the news cast when they want to point out the “Wonderful sunrise, blah blah, gorgeous, best sunrise evar!!!!” - then they cut to a web-cam out in Charlotte that really does a horrific job of capturing anything beyond 256 colors…So you hear about an awesome sunrise…and they cut to a shot of it, but it is mainly a white sky with some random orange tinge…fantastic!

At least most mornings I am out jogging when the sun comes up so I can actually get a glimpse of the sunrise myself - no $30 Wal-Mart web-cam neaded
